Speed, strength, agility and conditioning camp. The camp is being conducted by our own PYF Coaches. This will be a 2 day camp Friday and Sat in the month of June 8am to 1pm both days exact date are TBA. Campers will receive a PYF camp t-shirt and lunch will be supplied for campers both days.
The objective for the camp is to teach the fundamentals of speed, strength, agility and conditioning that is needed for all sports from basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track etc. or just want to challenge yourself? Whatever the case this camp is an absolute must if your playing any physically challenging sport.
